More residents returning home: wildfire evacuation orders downgraded

Five properties around Okanagan Lake Provincial Park and Highway 97 have had evacuation orders downgraded to alerts. In addition, the evacuation alert for all residential properties within Penticton Indian Band boundaries have now been rescinded.
